1. Detailed description of goods and/or services:
The Spring Foundation is a NPO in the health care industry. Its purpose is to raise funds for projects that foster hope, recovery and reconnection with patients and the surrounding communities in Mitchells plain. The Lentegeur Market garden falls under the umbrella of the Spring foundation as one of its projects and is providing the goods and services.
2. Delivery Policy:
Receipt of payment is required each Monday. All goods must be collected at the Lentegeur market garden at the Lentegeur hospital between 16h00 and 18h00 on the Thursday thereafter.
3. Return and Refunds policy:
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In terms of customer dissatisfaction, a full refund will be given on all goods returned within 24 hours.
The Spring Foundation shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of access to Information Act 2 of 2000(PAIA). 5. Payment options:
Payment may be made vis Visa, Mastercard and EFT.
6. Card acquiring and security:
Card transactions will be acquired for the Spring Foundation via Pay Gate (PTY) who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
7. Customer details separate from card details:
Customer details will be stored by The Spring Foundation separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency:
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
The Spring Foundation takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
10. Country of domicile:
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and the Lentegeur Market garden (The Spring Foundation) chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Lentegeur Hospital, Highlands Drive, Mitchell’s Plain, Western Cape, South Africa, 7785.
The Spring Foundation may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

The Spring foundation is located at the Lentegeur psychiatric hospital, Highlands Drive, Mitchells plain.
The Lentegeur Spring Project from which the Spring Foundation has grown was selected as part of the Cape Town World Design Capital 2014 program and the foundation’s greening project was adopted as a flagship by The Provincial Department of the Western Cape and the Premiers 110% Green Campaign.
The Spring Foundation at Lentegeur Hospital is a registered NPO and PBO that is using a range of psychosocial rehabilitation and outreach projects to re-establish a sense of hope and recovery through re-connection to the natural world and to community, identity and heritage.
